Impact XPS® bits feature unique Torque Absorbing Shoulder Power Rings help to improve bit life by absorbing and transferring torque at bit tip to the torsion zone. The bits also feature Optimized Torsion Zone geometry that facilitates an ideal transfer of impact energy for improved bit life. The cone shape designed bases with torsion power rings to distribute impact force from shank to torsion zone. Impact XPS® bits feature a Matte Nickel surface for best-in-class corrosion resistance and feature a premium, high-grade steel composition that is masterfully engineered for extended life. The bits feature a heat-treating process that is precisely calibrated for added durability. The E-01666 includes a Magnetic Nutsetter that features a lobular design that drives along flats to reduce rounding of hex fasteners. The Insert Bit Holder features a two-piece design engineered to allow the torsion technology to fully activate. The Socket Adapter features chamfered edges of the square drive end that allow easy installation of the socket. Convenience features include laser etching for easy size identification, and a clear lid case with laser marked bit bars for convenient product selection.
